Dance Class in Spain
At first, Dad was going to go alone. But I wanted to go with him. The tickets hadn't been arranged yet. Mom suggested that in addition to the tickets, she would also arrange dance classes for me. In Spain. I, of course, agreed.
It was probably Tuesday when we were getting ready for the airport at 5 in the morning. Boarding was I don't remember at what time, but it happened. We reached the destination around 11:00. Then I got sandwich, there was a taxi from Alicante to Altea and seeing the apartment.

Then we unpacked and went to the beach.
It was right in front of the apartment block. It was a rocky beach. When I entered the water, I almost slipped. Luckily that didn't happen, because the water was freezing! I went swimming anyway.
At the end, a wave knocked me over and that was it for the day. Except maybe for the salad for dinner and a ton of ice cream from the supermarket. There were pistachio Magnums.

Three. Dad ate two, and I ate one. I mean one and a half, because I was eating some of Dad's.
The next day was a day for classes. But I had a lot of free time. The classes didn't start until 7 PM. For breakfast, Dad made a baguette with ham and some Spanish cheese. It was tasty. Then I started stretching and practicing some dance moves. But it soon turned out that I couldn't, because first, there wasn't enough space, and second, my shoulders were sunburnt. Oh well! There was no time to worry about it. Dad was doing something on the computer, and I wanted to go to town. I didn't leave him alone until he agreed.
To get to town, you had to walk across the entire beach. Which wasn't easy, because those stones were big and they were moving. Dad even thought for a moment that it would be better to go through the water. That didn't work out. The stones in the water were terribly slippery and covered in algae.
When we arrived, it was lunchtime. We went to a restaurant and I ordered a Caesar salad (the same one as for dinner last time).

The salad was a bit different than in the restaurant we were at recently. Of course, after eating I got an ice cream. This time it was a raspberry-lemon Magnum. To be honest, I prefer pistacchio.
We also went to visit some Villa Gadua, or something like that. And next to that villa there was a DOG BEACH!
I love dogs, so of course I wanted to go there right away. Ansu (my dog) has eaten my swimsuit, but I took a dance top and happened to be wearing it.
The dogs were great and I could play with them. I threw the ball for them and everything like that.
And finally, the classes. I was a bit stressed. Everyone there spoke Spanish, and the lady wasn't very good at English. At the beginning of the class there was a warm-up. It was done differently than at our place. Everyone warmed up however they wanted. Then there was their choreography. I sat down next to them. They had phones for the routine and when I looked at one of them (I didn't know it was a routine) and she pulled out a phone I thought:
Why does the lady let her do that?

Only later did I realize that it was intentional because they all pulled out phones. About halfway through the class I already felt comfortable.

There were also some copied improvisations. I was supposed to improvise, and the girl I was practicing with was supposed to copy me. At the end, there were improvisations with stretching bands. At first I thought it was about us stretching with them :)
Overall they were regular classes, in a different language, a different pattern but the same as I know.
I remembered that new is cool. But you know, I've always been sociable and without shame. Good luck with being you!
I'm leaving a link to a video on YouTube about that.
