I learned how to sew on a sewing machine!
It was the same Tuesday as the one when the film crew and Iga were at my place. Except that was in the morning and I was at drawing class. But today there was no drawing. Since I told the teacher during the first class that I make clothes on a mannequin, today she prepared a machine sewing lesson for me. So that if I get a machine for my birthday or something like that, I'll know how to operate it. The teacher decided that we would sew a bag. First, she showed me fabric samples. She had two huge books with samples. I chose a white one with nude-colored lines. Then I pinned needles along the edges.
- Now you have to grab it from this side, put it under the needle, lower this thingy - here she pointed to the lever above the needle - And press the pedal as fast as you want the needle to move.
I caught on in a flash.

Once I had sewn the edges, I sewed on a button. A huge one. One nice button in the middle. Unfortunately, time was running short and the class was coming to an end.
- We'll sew the handle of the pouch during the next class - the teacher announced at the end. Anyway, I'm glad I learned how to use the machine. When I get a machine, at least I won't have to sew clothes by hand!
